Terms & Condition for Airport Transfers & Driver Service
- The rates include cost of fuel, roads toll charges (SALIK), 5% VAT and full comprehensive insurance as per U.A.E. Law.
- All reservation should receive minimum of 48 hours in advance for auto confirmation
- Paging board will be provided with client name.
- Maximum waiting time for departure transfers to Airport is 15 minutes, subsequently the booking will be treated as No Show
- No‐Show and any cancellations less than 4 hours prior to pick up time will be charged as per tariff.
- Airport picks up and drop off rates are per hour and waiting time for guest will be charged.
- Cost of parking fees, entry permits / port pass if any will be charged to Client directly.
- Full day rate includes 400 free kms per day, additional kms if any will be charged @ Dhs.1/‐ Km.
- Grace period allowable for all arrival transfer from Dubai terminals will be “One Hour”
- All The above rates are quoted in U.S. Dollar currency.
